	Back Issues Individual back issues of the journal may be purchased when available. Back issue rates are applicable to issues more than three years older than the current issue; more recent issues should be ordered at the subscription rate. Once an issue is out-of-stock, no additional copies are printed. We offer special discounts for full-run back orders of available issues.
